Hello,

Does anyone know what the yellow box behind the check box means on the constraints in assemblies? I do not recall seeing it before.

Thanks,

Hi @TechniCsNC,

It means that constraint is arrangement spcific. Right click on constraint and you will see it.

if i'm correct it means that this constrains is also controled in an assembly arrangement.

With Assembly arrangement you are able the set an assembly in different possition or suppres some constrains.

Thanks guys. I have not used arrangements much, but I did use them on on this part. I do see the info when I right click.

We've had that icon show up, when arrangements weren't being used, at least intentionally.  My assumption has been that an arrangement was created at somepoint, maybe during a users experimentation/exploration of NX, but never utiliized, and the tag to trigger that icon is lingering.  It was never a big enough concern to submit an IR to GTAC.
