How to create double flanges to a corner with Contour Flange ?
"Chain section must consist of one or more connected edges with line or arc geometry. Edge with arc geometry must be tangentially connected with adjacent edge."

To me it looks like the bend is too small to accomodate the flange and i am even more dubious if the flange can really be created on a bend like you mentioned. We have sheet metal utilities for treating corners like this but getting a combined flange (including the bend ) looks like more of forming operation to me...
Sheet metal experts can throw some light on it.
Your methodology is fine...i think i got it wrong the first time ....You meant you wish to create the flanges (with the proper corner treatment ) in one single shot... I will not use a contour flange for this (until and unless the edge is curved one or the flange is not a straight one)...flanges are good to tackle it.
I see a split face that might be the cause for the failing contour flange. (edit: I think Cesare is meaning the same thing)
I suggest to try to delete that small face. If deleting does not work, you might also want to try "replace face".
That's a very powerful synchronous tool.
After that you should get something looking like this:
Then try again. I'm pretty confident that it will work now.
In NX11 the result could look like this: (preview is not that OK)
and the flat pattern view then looks like:
I hope this could do the trick for you.
