Hello

I copy pasted these view from a DXF(=transformed to a .prt with NX) to a new drawing.

- Now I can't drag the "views"(lines,splines,..) with mouse.

How to move the "views" ?

Are the selections ok when importing a .DXF to .PRT in NX ?

  •  I can't select or move the lines.

I believe I have the Color Filter still ON. How to disable the color filter ?

Ok I reseted the filter but still not able to move the lines. ( If I double click a line then I can modify one line at a time. )

How to move imported DXF lines and splines in drafting ?

Move Object-command with this I can move multiple lines.

What option must I check so I could just select a piece of line and be able to select it fully without highlighting the whole line ?

Yes, Move Object (Ctrl + T) is the (only) command you can in this case.

Someone showed it but I forgot what it was.

  1. Check some "option".
  2. Now you can select only a small section of the line to choose it.

( Now I have to highlight the whole line to choose it.)

@12131444 , see below image, set Selection Intent rule to Crossing or Inside/Crossing or Outside/Crossing in Selection preferences.

If it still exists in your version...

Menu -> Edit -> Curve -> Stretch

Rectangle around the end of the line

Use delta or Point-to-point as desired.

Note: It *may* not move the arrows on the other end of the line (depending on how those arrows are defined - are they part of the line, or are they separate curves?)
