Is there a way to create a custom Color Pallette Group?
I looked in the CDF and dont really see how these grouping are set...
I'd like to create a group for our company standard colors to make it easier for our users to locate quickly.

I'm not sure about creating a custom pallette, but you can edit the "favorites". If you open the CDF file in a plain text editor, you will see that some colors have a number listed out to the right of the color data. These colors will show up in the favorites section; 0 will be the top left corner and 59 will be the bottom right corner.

Yes you can. At the bottom of the color menu you save a the layout as a cdf (color definiton file) and have everyone point to it. The ability to do this can can be found here.
The save is in the options box.

@ScottFelber, iknow we can create a custom CDF... But within the CDF or the Pallette I'm looking to define groups... See my orig Post's image. Note the groups: Gray, Principal, Vibrant, etc...
Can I edit, add, remove these groups? Idealy i would add a new group "Company STD Colors" and then list or top 10 used company standand colors...
?

Yes
Still cumbersome
Many have saved old palettes (For example ugv18) or have customized the colors to use as Favorites. This would mean, in an assembly, using a different color palette, the part will look different. This would be a mixed environment.
I prefer the changing of the Favorites
I think this is a better option.
If you want a new color other then what is available, consider editing a color that is similar to the color you want.
