One workaround would be to create associative length measurement on modeling side. Then create dimension in the drafting and override it's text with measurement expression.

 How do you create associative length measurement ? I tried checking "associative" in measure but  don't see any expression created?

I should have mentionned that I need to measure only a portion of a spline between to points

Hi @EricFerland ,

I think expression cannot be created for Points on curve length.

Yes, also same in NX1847.
