If I place a dimension on a isometric view the dimensions shows the distance projected on the sheet, not the real distance that exist between the points in the 3D file. Is there a way to make NX show the real distance?

Hi,
Apologies for straying away from the main subject but i guess it will be more easier to do it using PMI then using drafting tools only. Please ignore my response if you do not wish to use PMI.

Switch the dimension to "true length"
Style => Annotation Style => Dimensions => True Lenght

One other way is, Expand the Isometric View > Orient the WCS (Menu > Format > WCS > Orient) as needed > Create the dimensions.
Refer the youtube video for the same.
