Drawings: A way to highlight different bolts ?

Hello

What are the ways to highlight different bolts in the assembly drawing ?

Are there like predefined transparent shapes such as MSWord's "lighting clouds" to highlight certain bolts in drawings ?

If a large assembly has in a mixed arrangement 100 pcs of regular bolts and 100 pcs of countersunk bolts how to visually separate them in a drawing so that the assembler know what bolt to put next ?

That's where the skill of the Draughtsman comes in, to create an Assembly Drawing that can be understood.

Ballooned Items is the Standard method.

I'm afraid it's just a note at this point in time, not associative with the count.

You can at least tie the note to the actual pattern count if want. Just use the Note function. Build a normal text string like..

This is a value from the master model part file: 12

Hi @RyanM,

can you attach the captured image in the standard method, as using forum command?

Thank you...

You could possibly change the actual color of the bolt components (blue for one type of bolt and red for the other). Then use color instead of monocolor for drafting..that is if your only deliverable is a drawing. My suggestion is to use a viewer and just view the 3D assembly.
