Get the display name of all Part Files under a teamcenter folder using NXOpen

So the objective is that when we clone an existing assembly in NX, the designers clone a lot of parts which they later decide are not needed and would like to have renamed with obsolete written in their name. I have the renaming functionality done, but I need a way to get every part in a particular folder in teamcenter, that may or may not be attached to that particular assembly. Normally I get all the parts by having the assembly open and then using the getchild functionality, but since in this case I want to obtain parts that are in the same folder but not in the assembly, I require another method to obtain that list. Please if any one has any suggestions I'd appreciate it.

Perhaps the easiest way (?)

Have NX open

Close all parts in NX session

Select files in TC folder you want to rename

Click on the "Open in NX" icon

Now you have all the files in your NX session, do whatever to them.

I'm not sure that you can do what you want in NX customization without ITK/Web service(?) code on TC side.

I'm not sure NX understands the concept of a Teamcenter "folder"
