Objective of the design: The conveyor carrying part would stop when the distance sensor's value becomes 190mm. The picking unit should slide down and attach the component, move up to its home positioin. Vertical guide along with picking unit and component should move in horizontal direction to a distance of 250mm. Picking unit should slide down and detach the component on to the different conveyor which starts with the presence of the component.
1. Fixing the component on the conveyor to the picking unit.
2. Sensor is disabled when I gave stick on collision condition for both the component and picking unit.
