If you're in a bind, the NX9 docs are functional.
Thanks for your patience while we work to resolve this issue.

As a "pointed" suggestion to the folks who maintain this...

This (certificate expiration) has happened many times before.

IIRC, there USED to be an option to ignore it & continue on to the web site, but that option appears to have disappeared.

Could you (Siemens) **PLEASE*** track your certificate expirations & make sure new certs are in place *before* the old ones expires?  For ALL the certs used anywhere in your web presence.

Note I am assuming you CAN get new certs before the old ones expire, I have no clue how the cert. authorities really work...

This is MOST annoying...

https://ninite.com/help/errors/revocation.html

for me it works,

meanwhile i installed the SPLM Docu Server 3.0 and deployed the help so it works.

Online help i will not longer use to risky.

Language issues, still not working very good if you need to switch. YOu start english press backspace and sometimes you recive your main language.

now certificates... why you siemens always touch running systems...

Hello All,

Issues have been resolved now. The online documentation is up and running again.

New certificates are in place.

Kind regards,

So Dennis-

Do you (Siemens) have a procedure in place to make sure this never happens again?

Cableguy -

I don't think they had to touch a running system....

If these certificates behave like I think, you buy a cert. from a trusted authority.

That cert. is not "infinite lifetime" - they expire (I'm not sure if they are 1 year or 2 or 5 or whatever, but they do expire)

Once expired, you get the message...and can't see the web site.

And you need to get a new cert.

Siemens - please correct me if I misunderstand the technology.
