How to create a twisty profile in NX Sheetmetal

Dear users, thanks for your attention and help. I am looking forward to create a twisty profile that is attached to a base (Sheetmetal thickness of 3mm) in Nx. Attached image for your reference. Kindly let me know if you are aware of a specific option which can save me all the trouble.

That's not the sort of model one would use NX Sheet Metal to create.

Hello,

 

that model is easier to be created using surfacing in NX, not by sheet metal.

Thanks for your reply. I don't need to exactly create a fan blade but I need to twist a flange in a strange direction. The manufacturing would be very simple as the flange would be twisted using a bench press and doesn't require much precision. Although I would need a flat pattern the manufacturing method to be follwed is a simple sheetmetal fabrication.

 

I have a simple tab and a cutout created at the center and the I need to create wings as show in the image. What you see in the picture is created using "Ruled" option in modeling but thats not helping me create flat pattern.
