One way is to cut and paste in the order you want to sort them. Is a bit manual but it works.
If the order you want is alphabetic you can list them in the details tab, sort them by name and them cut and past all of them in just one step.
Maybe there is a better way.
In TC, Go to Edit > Options. Select 'UI' under 'General' folder. On right side, select 'Not Sorting' under 'Tree displaying order'.
From the folder tree, select the desired folder, click on down arrow as shown and move the folder (Up/Down/Top/Bottom) to desired order/sequence.
