How to use sweep to create a 3D-pipe in space ?
- I created both start and ending tube sections then started sketching a path that goes between them...
- How to sketch that path succesfully that goes x,y,z directions in space ? I can only sketch 2D x,y. This one has 5* angle in 3rd dimension.

Is that a welded pipe with elbows? We create components of the Elbows and Assembly constrain them with an align and distance to the Component Flanges which are fixed in position and let NX work out the rotation, we then use associative curves between the ends of the Elbows to the ends of the Flanges etc and simply Pipe (not sweep).
If they are formed / bent tubes we use Routing to create the path.
Yes those elbow=corner-sections seems same parts.
So I create and assemble it from 4pcs regular and easy to model pipe-parts ? I first thought of making a quick 3D-model and model it all from a 1pc of pipe.

Routing mechical= No license.
You don't need a 3D sketch in your case. The pipe is planar. Simply place the end fittings as dimensioned in 3D. (BTW, the 5 degree angle should be a reference angle. It's overdimensioned with the 60 mm offset. Pretty sure the 60 mm offset is more important here. If the radius of the bends are given, then the pipe itself is also overdimensioned.) Then create your sketch on the plane formed by the centerlines of the fittings.
