Hi @Taylor8 ,

It seems you can't. The balloons from views will be deleted.

However you can right click on views and use option "Auto Balloon" to recreate them.

Also NX tells you with message that those will be deleted.

AutoBalloon.JPGParts List cut message

But you set below environment variable in system which will allow you to create multiple Parts List in a drawing.

Yes, but you will need to recreate balloons thereafter.

Thank you for the replies. Just seems strange that you can't just move the parts list without affecting the balloons.

@Taylor8 ,

Above are the Workarounds available right now. If you want this ability, please report ER (Enhancement Request) from GTAC page

If you do open an IR with GTAC please reference existing ER 1699354, which asks for the ability to move a parts list from one sheet to the other without losing callout numbers.

Hi @Taylor8

I found a solution using VIew Dependent Editing.  From the existing sheet, convert the Parts List Section to Model Dependent.  Open the destination sheet, convert the Parts List Section to View Dependent:

Try this, Make a empty drawing view on same sheet your parts list is.  Right click on the parts list, and Associate the parts list to this drawing view.  Move the empty drawing view to your sheet you want your Parts list on.  Do this by drag and drop in the part navigator.

A quick thought.  thanks
