Dear Siemens PLM NX Customer,

Maintenance Pack 10 for NX 10.0.3 is now available on the Siemens PLM Download Server.

NX 10.0.3 MP10 is an accumulation of fixes built for installation on top of Windows 64-Bit and Linux 64-Bit images of NX 10.0.3.

To select the release package(s) for your platform(s) click on the following link or enter the URL in your browser address window:

       https://download.industrysoftware.automation.siemens.com/download.php

Note: A valid WebKey account is required.

From the Full Product Download page, Enter “10.0.3.mp10” (including the quotes) in the Search box to see a list of links to the release letter and available release packages.

Alternatively, the release packages can be found in the file navigator by selecting the ‘NX’ button and then navigating through the directory structure by selecting "Product updates > Maintenance-packs > Nx10 >
platform]".

I requested our IT to install the latest MP10, he came back with this.

That has always been the policy of Siemens PLM and GTAC.

 

Patches are released to address specific issues and should only be installed by those customers impacted by those issues.  If you are not effected by the PR's addressed by a specific patch, then you should wait for the general maintenance release before you install and update your software.

Hello @BJimenez,

 

I think the general saying applies here: If it ain't broke, then don't try to fix it.

But if you are experiencing issues, the latest MP might solve these problems. You can always contact GTAC, to verify the problem and the fix.

On the other hand, if you find "your problem" on the list of fixed issue with the readme file provided with the MP's, you can assume your issue is fixed. But it is always wise to test the software before you deploy/use it in your production environment.
