NX 10 Ordinate Dimensioning Origin

Hello,

I'm attempting to setup an origin for ordinate dimensions at an intersection of two edges/faces, but I keep getting a message stating "No intersection point found".  While in the ordinate dimensioning command, I have it set up as Single Dimension type, and have the Set Origin reference set to Intersection point.  I have the "Face Rule" set to Single Face and the "Curve Rule" set to Single Curve.  Is there a fix for what I'm doing?

Thanks

Re: NX 10 Ordinate Dimensioning Origin

Try this option:

NX10 Two Curve IntersectionNX10 Two Curve Intersection

One of my favorites when dimensioning...

When you press it, you are prompted to select two lines; The result is your intersection point that you're looking for.

You may have to add this option yourself in the ribbon.

I hope this helps a bit.
