Close and re-open NX, try to open the PCB exchange application, after you get the error message, check the NX log file (menu -> help -> log file), scroll to the bottom and look for error messages. If you cannot decipher the errors and fix them, send the log file to GTAC for help.
There's a known issue with 1201 PCB Exchange. Please got to GTAC and download the latest patch.
Replace your UGPCBEXCHANGE folder with the new content and restart NX.
Please make a back of the folder first.
I have noticed an issue with running Flexible PCD after this patch and will follow up on that issue when I have more information.
The product downloads page lists products that you're licensed to download.
If your maintenance is up-to-date, and your license entitles you to use NX, then NX will be listed on the downloads page from which you can download the full product and any add-ons and/or patches.
If your webkey is not tied to your sold-to ID (a.k.a Server ID) you will not be able to access the downloads page. If you're unable to access the downloads page for this reason please contact your system administrator (or whoever is able to access the downloads page) rather than requesting that users of this forum send you patches. You can also contact GTAC to request that your webkey username is tied to your sold-to so that you can access the downloads page.
