Does NX capable to do a Class A surfacing without additional software?

additional software? No
Licensing, maybe. depends on what you have.

I have freeform 1 and 2 and I don't have the higher end surfacing tools.
they are probably in Freeform shape and or realize shape

Yes, you will need the Industrial Design bundel to get all the surface editing and analysis functions for Class A.
