Hi,

trying to run NX Viewer (NX11.0.1.mp1) I get this error. There is no menu to select Bundles.

Hello @dziubelis,

You can set the bundles before you start NX (viewer).

Either use the variable:  UGS_LICENSE_BUNDLE=

Or the preferred way: in Windows, Start --> Siemens NX 11.0 --> NX Licensing Tools --> License Tool --> Select the appropriate viewer bundle.

Close the menu, and start NX (viewer)

Kind regards,

So its not bundled with NX, you have to actually buy seperate license for Viewer?

That is correct, NX viewer Checks out a sepparate cheaper license. But it is actually a separate license, that needs to be purchased.

If you want a free viewer, you could have a look at JT2Go or XpressReview.

Hope this helps,

NOTE: (unless Siemens fixed it):

Once you use the "License Tool" to set the bundle, the ENV is ignored, unless you delete the registry entry that the license tool uses (you can't just de-select the bundle in the license tool).
