When an user tries opening an assembly from NX, he gets some shape structures in his assembly.
For all assemblies he's opening from NX, the same error is coming.
But the same assemblies can be viewed without any issues by others.
Can someone help me understand how to resolve this issue?
Thanks in advance.
In case of displaying issues. Always first look at your Graphics card. What card is this user using, is it ceritfied? and have you updated the drivers?
Maybe the computer assembly load options are loading lightweight files, vs other machines not loading lightweight. OR the other way around. If you right click on one of the big triangles, can you set it to show exact? Just a thought.
Are they all on EXACTLY the same version of NX (base release + MR + MP, as applicable)
Production: NX10.0.3.5 MP16/TC11.2
I'd rather be e-steamed than e-diseaseled
See the following link for certified graphics chips/drivers for NX. I may have missed it, but I didn't see intel HD graphics 2000 on the list.
Check the version of the graphics driver on the one that works vs. the one that doesn't. Perhaps updating (or rolling back) to the same version will fix the issue.
@cowski1 is correct. As far as I know the Intel graphics cards are not the best cards fro NX modeling. And not certified. Except for the P range models.
If you have other users that work fine with these cards, you should use the same driver version, and check for any graphics card settings that might have been altered on this system.
