It appears some Windows update, or something, has jacked up my ability to use ugiicmd.bat. I put a short cut to it on my desktop, and it's worked for the last year or so, since I went to Windows 8.1, but now the dos window flashes on the screen, and is gone.
Any clue as to what I need to change?

Open a standard CMD window and type in the path to the ugiicmd.bat, hopefully you'll see the error that otherwise disappears as the window opens and closes...

I ended up following this, again, and creating the new Tool Bar. From that tool bar, I created a new desktop shortcut, which when you look at the properties, appears identical to the original, except that it works, lol.
