I tried watching video tutorials online using the web browser in NX, but the video does not play. Only displayed in pure black with no sound.
Is there something else that I need to set? need to install? need to download?
Thanks for the help!

Are you referring to the video tutorials included in the NX Help?
If so, what version of NX are you running?
also, this video plays correctly using external browser. The thing is I would like to avoid jumping from my Internet Explorer Browser to NX application while viewing and doing this sample. By the way, the only browser in my PC is Internet Explorer. Does this have an effect on this matter?
@Gregg_Makepeace I also tried the video tutorials on NX help, they also wont play, some are just displayed in pure white, others in pure black with no sounds at all. I tried using different versions of NX (v8.5-v10) but still no luck.
Thanks for your response.
I just tested that link in NX8.5, NX9 and NX10.
NX8.5 plays the video with no problem.
NX9 displays a flash error (vimeo advises to update flash).
NX10 shows a black screen and doesn't play.
I can play in any browser (Firefox, Edge or IE).
By the way, a work colleague created that video.
@PhoeNX_Support Yes, this is one of your videos in vimeo, thumbs up for this!
I tried playing this video again in my NX, still no luck. My flash Player is updated in the latest version.
Have you tried playing videos from youtube? maybe I should try this.
Thanks for the response.
True, the internal browser in NX was changed a couple releases ago.
I see that some videos posted in the Siemens PLM Community are not playing correctly using the NX internal browser, so I will look in to that. It could be the browser, or how the videos are published, or maybe something else. You are also welcome to log a call with GTAC if you want to track this issue.
