I had the same problem, and showed the same errors, then installed the nx-10.0.3.mp05 patch and solved the problem (I use NX 10.0.3.5 and Excel 2016).
Where were you able to find the patch? I have the same problem and have been appealing to our helpdesk. While trying to figure out how to fix the problem myself, I stumbled across your comment. Thanks
Go to the Siemens GTAC site:
Select the "download & upload files" option
Log in using your WEBkey account (see "webkey account management" link on same page for info - you MAY be using that account to log into the community here)
"Download" tab -> NX -> product updates -> Maintenence packs -> NX10 -> your OS -> select & download the appropriate ZIP
Production: NX10.0.3.5 MP16/TC11.2
