a user of mine needs to create a composite feature control frame with three lines.
It seems that in NX9 there are only two available.
Since this is a customer project we have to stick to NX9 (know that it works in NX10).
I`ve tried to create a composite frame with the text editor but cannot work it out.
Does anyone know how to get this frame in NX9?
Solved! Go to Solution.
NX9 only allows 2 frames at a single time. To get a third frame, create it as a single frame, then drag it below the two row frame until it 'stacks' and 'locks' into position.
I`m aware of the stacking features in NX but that would not create the same composite frame our users created in other cad systems.
I thought it was possible to create a triple composite frame with the "old" text method.
But in the meantime I confirmed that also there only a double frame is possible.
