Is it possible to do something like this in NX using Global Shaping?

Unfortunately I am stuck using what I currently have on hand.

I've tried to get upgraded licenses but the owners don't want to spend the money.

through trial and error i've done a few successful overbend operations over the last month.

I wish there was an easier way to find out what options/bundles cost, I hate wasting resellers/CSRs time with my requests for quoted on things that i'm pretty sure the boss wont pay for.
