You could add those notes a specific layer and then use a Journal to print the Drawing that would make that particular layer invisible before generating the print file, then set it visible again afterwards.
Should be a nice enhancement that you can set which layers you don't won't to export/Print like in the step export.
Until, of course, a crucial note gets put on the wrong layer, and the vendor making the part for you makes 1000s of parts to the "without note" condition, because that's the drawing they got.
Just curious - why would you NOT want to print a note that is on the drawing?

Most of the time it is for the engineers to "pass" down some messges/notes to take note some of the issues that the current drawing or designs may have, or some of the infomation on the drawing might not be meaningful to the customers when we print out.
I do this all the time and place my notes outside of the print border. We have even had a set of check boxes in the upper RH corner of the drawing where the boxes were on the printable sheet while the text for each of the boxes was outside the printable area.
