Onestep Trim line

I'm having some trouble with coming up with a trim line on a part like this.

am I doing something wrong? We recently upgraded to a AS50501 license that includes one-step.

I'm trying not to have to export and do this in a different software then import back into NX my results.

I should be able to project a reasonably accurate trim to my 1st form tool with this with this function, correct?

attached is a NX11 model and parasolid thats in v22

@R_Newcomb

Here is a sample area of your part. (Forming direction was taken from bead to bead.)

Thanks, I'll look at breaking it up and using entire unform.
