Opening SLDPRT parts in NX come in rotated wrt the WCS

While opening SolidWorks (SW) parts in NX, they are coming in rotated with respect with the absolute coordinate system. Z UP in SW becomes Y in NX. How would I correct this? Is it possible to correct this? I've also seen this from iDeas to NX. I'd like to get this figured out as I have a team of people moving from SW to NX. Thanks.

The only way I would know to do this is to create a UCS in the Solidworks file with the X,Y,Z in the direction that you want & then save as a parasolids & use that UCS from the save options to export it out of Solidworks.
