I am using NX 220.127.116.11
I am a little confused, when I'm drafting a component, sometimes the annotations, especially the tolerance frames stop snapping to the geometry. Does anyone know if this is something that I'm am doing? It's not a big problem, it's just frustrationg if I come to rearrange the drawing sheet and I have to reposition each tolerance frame and annotation individually.
Make sure that all the appropriate Alignment options in the Feature Control Frame dialog box are properly set for your FCFs. Especially the Stack Annotation option. Also, make sure the Stacking and Alignment buttons on the Dimension dialogbar are set for your dimensions as well.
All of these options need to be set properly in order for stacking to work correctly.
Are you working on a former legacy I-Deas drawing? If you are working drawing that has been through the Content Migration Manager these dimensions do not behave like native NX dimensions.
