Hi Team,

 

I am getting this error while clicking the NX Utilities in the NX Selection Menu.

Please suggest how I can fix it.

Hi Raghu,

 

it seems to me that this is not a custom utility that is not starting correctly.

Can you exactly explain what you are doing before this message is displayed?

My plan is to update Manual Entries and hence I am selecting NX Utilities and clicking NX Application Selector

Still no idea what function you are trying to use. Can you provide a screenshot what command you are trying to start?

I did not mean a screenshot of the error message, I want to understand what function you are trying to use BEFORE the error message comes up.

I am selecting NX Application Selector in the options and clicking on APPLY.

The attached image in the original post is not the same as the embedded image. It looks like a GE toolbox sort of thing.

Based on the 3rd option in the list, I would contact GE Energy Support.
