When placing balloons, how to know that you have placed them all ?

Hi (Drafting NX 9)

When placing balloons, how to know that you have placed them all ? (=all balloons are in the picture)

Balloon numbers like 1,2,3.....

Sometimes when I update the sheet it deletes some balloons and I have to go through if all the balloons are still in the sheet ? (manual hard labour to check balloons with mouse+zoom)

+ Is there a trick to check that all balloons are there ?

It is hard for my eye to go through 30 or 40 balloons just to find that two balloons are missing from the drawing Man Sad

NX has horrible flaws. Sigh. Heart

Using NX8.5.3, I highlight a row in parts list, drag to top of list (or bottom), RC and if 'Navigate to call-out' option shows up all are shown.
