ER - Enhancement Request
From NX 8.5, Go to Help > Online Technical Support > Log an Incident with Technical Support.
For this you need to register with a valid webkey which can be found at Help > About NX > System Information > Webkey Access Code.

If current versions still have the issue, you can still log an IR
If you log an IR and the issue is "fixed" in a newer version of NX, they can tell you what version it was fixed in (subject to the versions they have available - e.g. if the older version they currently have access to is NX10, they might say "it was fixed *by* NX10", without being able to say if it was actually fixed in NX9 or NX10)

Correct (well,.. almost). GTAC continues to support all versions (as they have done so in the past) whereas development will only support versions up to their maintenance end dates: NX End of maintenance support
