colour spill and slowing NX

My computer configuration is old but I know it can do better than this. Now, from some reason, when I move the cursor accross any part in assembly it start very boring color spilling and last 10-25 seconds. I'm sending an ilustration of that and my configuration. Thank you.3.PNG6.PNGkonf.PNG

I could be wrong, but graphics card and driver information might be useful in addition to the above.

I've seen this in a few cases:

1) Unsupported graphics card.  See here for certified hardware:

https://www.plm.automation.siemens.com/en_us/support/gtac/certifications.shtml

2) Old/bad driver

3) If you have built-in Intel graphics on laptop, sometimes NX chooses to use this graphics chip instead of the certified card.  If you have NVidia, try using the Nvidia control panel -> Manage 3D settings -> Program settings -> Select Siemens NX and "lock" it to the NVidia graphics card.

Hope this helps...

I think what you are seeing is the result of some of the Selection Preferences on a non-supported graphics card.

Experiment with  turning off these Selection Preferences.

I did it. It helps but there is a small problem: it won't mark part when the cursor is on it (or right over it). Thank you very much.
