how it is possible to manage the line length (below). I'm not find the parameters in customers default.

you can find the setting in the Drafting Standard -> Annotation -> Line/Arrow (register) -> Dimension Arrow Out Length Factor

My picture is from NX 9. But I've tested it in NX 10 (NX 10.0.3.5 MP6) too. And it works:

But I created a new part. Maybe it doesn't work with existing parts directly. Try to Load the changed Drafting Standard:

You're right. The Setting works only for new dimensions. Even an inherit doesn't work.
