display : line and face

  • CIRCLE-BIG (XY-plane)
  • CIRCLE-SMALL (YZ-plane, tangent to CIRCLE-BIG)
  • cylinder (CIRCLE-BIG extruded)
The lower half arc on CIRCLE-SMALL should be masked by the cylinder face. But this is not the case.

Is there any setting to fix the display issue? Thanks!

Ideally, a Iine and curve is 1 dimension geometry. (0 width, 0 thickness).
But the line must have widthness to display graphically.

If you want, you can reduce displayed width as below.
- Turn off "Line Emphasis" [Preference > Visualization > Visual]
- Turn off "Show widths" [Preference > Visualization > Line]

Hi @SKAHN

Thanks for the explanation!

In [Preference > Visualization > Visual], there is only "Edge Emphasis".  I think this is what you meant.
