non-expression references Attribute reference , Where do i find this ?

Hi, i am trying to clean up a reusable component.  ( .krx file exists in Teamcenter)
while cleaning, i am trying to simplify and delete un-necessary expressions.

in this case i have isolated an expression, it's no longer used in other expressions,   named "total_Arrester_Height1" and i would like to delete it, but i get a message that "Expression still in use" and when i press "list references" i get the info as seen in the image.
To me this seems like a part attribute, but i cannot find such in the model file nor the drawing.
 Any clues ?

Regards,

 Tomas

I have tried part cleanup, including the sub-option "delete unused expressions".
I have tried removing the variable from the spreadsheet ( the reusable component ) in Teamcenter.
I have tried renaming the expression ( in case there was a "wildcard" in the name "...height1 vs ...height" but no luck.
also the link seen in the picture above seems to go to the model file and not the drawing file.
confusing.
