The first thing that I'd check would be the "layer visible in view" settings. Make sure that your work layer is set to visible in the sheet view that you are working on.

Hi @Jasanthoshkumar

It sounds like your work layer is "invisible in view".

Determine your 'work layer' by selecting selecting "Menu > Format > Layer Settings".

Now select "Menu > Format > Layer Visible in View".  With 'Sheet' selected in the list, hit OK and check to see if your work layer shows 'Visible'.  If it doesn't double click the layer and choose OK and then repeat your steps to see if the dimension remains on the sheet (in fact, if the layer was invisible then you'll now see all your dimensions).
