This data was created in 1997, I tried to open in Nx 7.5, 8, 9, 10, 11 or 12. but I can't open it. Which version can use I for opening it?

NX does not recognize this as a valid part file so you won't be able to open it in any version. Although it has a .prt extention, it either was never an NX part file, or somehow became corrupt and is missing the necessary information for NX to open it.

Generally speaking, any version of NX should be able to open a part last saved in any previous versions going back to Unigraphics.

Maybe it's Pro/e or SDRC Ideas?

They both use the .prt extension.

Or maybe CadKey?

I concur with @R_Newcomb - it appears to be a CADKEY file.

You can download a free viewer from Kubotec 3D to verify this and while they have a free 15 day trial for their CAD product it does not include the translators that you would need to use in order to get the data into NX.
