NX Quick Tips - NX 9 Assembly Sequencing

Siemens Phenom Siemens Phenom

You can use Assembly Sequence commands to simulate assembly and disassembly of components. Each sequence is associated with an assembly arrangement, a spatial organization of the components.

You can assemble or disassemble components in the following ways:

  • One at a time
  • As a group — for example, all of the bolts that hold another component in place
  • Preassembled — for example, a group of components that you assembled before starting the current sequence

You can also export an assembly sequence to a movie file.

In this NX Quick Tips video, I'll show you how to use this functionality in NX 9.

hi @QuEST_Che,

The video is working fine for me. Could you tell me which browser you're using? Also, do you have the latest Adobe flash plug in running?

I'd like to help you resolve this problem!

Thanks,

Amy
