NX 11.0.1 introduces the ability to transfer face, edge, body, and curve attributes (object, color, name) when using Divide Curve, Divide Face, and Split Body commands. Only the attributes from the input object are transferred to the output – so when the operation is complete, the existing and new objects will have the same attributes. Attributes from any trimming or bounding objects are not transferred. Attributes are transferred to objects of the same type (i.e., face to face) only.
The following illustrates the behavior in NX 11 and earlier.

If the Divide Face command is used, the following will be observed:
Note that the faces have been divided, but the attributes (color in this case) are not transferred to the output objects.
In NX 11.0.1, the attributes on the input objects are transferred to the output objects.
