In context of Native NX, you can define a part with PMI's and add it to the reuse library source folder.
When you want to reuse such part, It will get added as a component into the assembly. But PMI of component will not be visible. You need to use WAVE PMI Linker command to view those PMI at root assembly level.
When you select the required PMI, those will get added to Part navigator along with associative linked body.
However if you do not want part (with PMI) to get added as component in ASN, you can simply open/load the required part and use WAVE PMI Linker command so that PMI and associative linked body gets created only.
Hope, This will help!

You mean, Model View dropdown (Within Wave PMI Linker) shows 'Isometric' view only, Is it?

I have created a lightweight section view and a section view with PMI. Also added PMI in Right, Trimetric View. One thing I observed is, In WAVE PMI Linker under Model Views only those views are visible in which PMI is created. It Lists views (Standard,Section) except Lightweight Section View. I tried this using NX 10. Need to check this in NX11, unfortuantely I can't.

Currently a PMI Section View (the term Lightweight was removed in NX 11) view is not a candidate for WAVE PMI Linker. We have plans to support this in a future release.
