BlockStyler layout, resize

My dialog has a group with 3 columns. There are 3 blocks inside the group. I want all elements inside the group to resize when user resize dialog window. The behavior by default is shown below. How to do what I want?

What type are the two lists of?

If you change the style of the dialog to "AllowResize" it should also be possible to accomplish this.
