Button SENSITIVITY dynamically in MenuScript

Hello,

 

How to make SENSITIVITY ON/OFF for a custom button during application mode change(Modelling,Drating) dynamically in MenuScript?

for an example SENSITIVITY ON during Modelling mode and SENSITIVITY OFF during Drafting mode

You will have to add a separate menu file to the application button using the MENU/APPEND keyword.

 

This menu file is to be located in the application folder contained in a folder pointed to by custom_dirs.dat or UGII_[SITE|GROUP|USER]_DIR.

You usually don't change the tool bar button, but HIDE the menu entry or only add it to the application it is used in.

 

There has been a similar question a few days ago, have you read that?

In NX9 there is a new structure for ribbon and toolbar files, that uses profile folders to add and remove them based on the application. Perhaps this also works with .men files?
