Change of composite ID when adding more RAM.

Hello,

I need to upgrade my computer adding more RAM. Do you know if the composite id will change, making the license unusable?

Regards

Frank.

I doubt that changing RAM will change the CID, since RAM is nothing essential to licensing.

I've replaced ram without licensing issues.

Hi,

The composite ID is just a combination of MAC-address and hostname.

It has nothing to do with the other hardware in the computer. just the network card.
