Converting number from scientific notation

Hello everyone!

Perhaps an easy question, but I did not find the answer.

How to display numbers in listing window in decimal format when originally they are displayed in scientifil notation? For instance, display 4,54747350886464E-13 as 0.0000...

And also, how to display only certain number of decimal figures?

So the common .NET methods will work? Perhaps I was a bit mislead believing that I need to use some special NX Open tools. I'll have a look, thanks! Still, if you have an NX Open example, I'd love to see it, if possible.

The only thing you can write to the listing window is a string. It is completely up to you and your program how that string is formatted.

Based on your previous posts, I think you are using C# or VB? If you are using a .NET language, then the .NET methods will work.

Yes, I'm using C#. This is my first NX Open program, hence the multitude of dummy questions. Smiley Happy
