As the message indicates this is probably one of 2 things ...

1) The license server is down.  Check the license server log file.

2) There is a network issue between the client & the license server (can you "ping" the license server from the client?)

Thank you for your suggestion @Ken_A

In addition to that, I have few more questions.

1. Does heartbeat failure show up the message if the user is idle for a long time?

2. In addition to the subject, does the warning message change from one PC to the other irrespective of network speed?

3. Does it cause any issue to the present work?

Thanks,

Praveen

To answer you questions (not I am not a Siemens employee, so these are "to the best of my knowledge"):

1) No - user can be idle for days with no message (or at least not the heartbeat one) - NX (even if session is idle) will periodically connect to the license server, and if 3(?) of these attempts fail, you will get the heartbeat message

2) Unknown, but I would assume the message is the same, unless it includes client-specific data (i.e. the client's host name)

3) No, present work is un-affected.  I *think* you should be able to save your part, even if the client doesn't (or can't) re-connect to the license server.  You WILL need to re-connect to the license server to do any work that requires a license
