How to check if tool path is edited without wrapper

Currently I use the following code of the UF wrapper to check if the tool path is edited, since I haven't found something pure .NET in the NXOpen API reference.

Dim theOperStatus As UFOper.Status1 = New UFOper.Status1
theUFSession.Oper.AskStatus1(theOperation.Tag, theOperStatus)

If theOperStatus.toolpath_edited = 1 Then
    ' tool path is edited
End If

Is there a new .NET method or property to use as a replacement?

Thanks in advance for any pointers.

Re: How to check if tool path is edited without wrapper

If you are looking for the operation edit status, I think CAMObject.Status is it:

Member name Value Description
Complete 0 Object path has been output
Repost 1 Object path must be post-processed
Regen 2 Object path must be regenerated
Approved 4 Object path has been approved as is

If you are looking for the path status (generated, imported, edited, empty, ...) I will need to dig deeper.

Hi Mark,

yes I know about the operation status, but I really need the status of the tool path.

I also have tried various searches in the NXOpen API reference, but found nothing except the UF wrapper.

Thanks for taking a look into this Smiley Wink

The UF wrapper is the only way now. We'll try to get the .net in NX 12.
