How to import CLSF file as Lathe Machine Control

Hi all,

When I use UFClsf.Import() to import customized .cls file with only turning operation, the imported CAMObject is always MillMachineControl instead of LatheMachineControl. Is there any way to modify it?

Steps to reproduce the problem in GUI:

  1. In a turning project application, in Home ribbon->Operation Groups "More"->Output CLSF, choose output file name, then click OK;
  2. In the output .cls file, change tool path name in the first line "TOOL PATH/tool_path_name,TOOL,tool_name" and save it;
  3. click Menu->Tool->Clsf..., choose the output .cls file, OK and then Import;
  4. In the Operation Navigator - Program Order, expand all item, double click the last item, i.e. newly added item, the title of the dialog shows "Mill Control - [tool_path_name]"

Why is it "Mill Control" instead of "Lathe Control"? How to change it to "Lathe Control"?

Re: How to import CLSF file as Lathe Machine Control

The mill control is just a container. This is used because you changed the tool path name in the CLSF, so there is no match.

Try creating a lathe control operation with the new tool path name. Then import.
