I am trying to learn how to create a journal in VBA.NET that will accept input of a model and launch and run a certain CheckMate test on the Assembly. I am trying to skip the step of having to load the model part into NX and then run CheckMate on it.
I would like to be able to just input the model DB number and have the journal load the assembly for me, and then run the checkmate test for me as well.
I am running TeamCenter and I am using NX 188.8.131.52
Solved! Go to Solution.
ug_check_part -apply_load_options -checker GIRA -output_file "%errorfile%" "%partfile%"
to check a part against our CAD standard.
This is a commandline tool.
After checkmate run we search for "passed" in the logfile.
Okay that's not clear to you.
We build a check profile called "GIRA". With this profile we check out parts.
In NX we use the environment variable UGII_CHECKMATE_DEFAULT_CHECKER=GIRA.
