Where does NX store customized keyboard accelerators? We have a user that has to routinly setup the same shortucts everyday.
I'm guessing it's a windows permissions thing. Other thoughts?
These are saved in the user.mtx file. You should see entries like this:
<Actions> <Action name="UG_CAM_ONT_TP_EDIT" type="button"> <Accelerators> <Accel name="F12"/> </Accelerators> </Action> </Actions>
Is the preference User Interface > Layout > Save Layout at Exit turned on?
The session layout is not saved when NX encounters an error at closing or if it is closed by terminating the task.

How to Get the Most from Your Signature in the Community
User is at another site, but I am told that it is, but looking at the file date on his user.mtx, its 7/21/2016.
Well there's your answer Now you get to find out why. In addition to the ideas in the other replies, get a copy of his syslog and make sure you're looking at the right mtx file. Look for something like this:
NX loaded C:\Users\rief\AppData\Local\Siemens\NX110\user.mtx file as CUSTOM data
